How do these stack up agains Shaino Stradic or similar reels as a good reel for deep water jigging?

Ron,
The Pinnicle Limited reels are one of the best spinning reels on the market. I have the DLF 35 and I love it. It is the best spinning reel that that I have ever owned. They are really smooth and durable. They also have a great drag. I fish everyday during the during the summer and it has lasted me 5 years and it is still going strong. I use it primarily for jigging for lake trout and it works great. I have caught lots of very large, mean, hard fighting fish (10-25 lb. trout and pike)and I haven't had a single problem with it. I have also had a couple of the higher end shimanos, but they seem to wear out after a year or two of the kind of punishment I put them through. I know several people that have either the regular deadbolt, or the deadbolt limited, and every one of them loves it. Another spinning reel you might want to look at are the center drag abu garcias. I have used them a little bit and they seem pretty good too. What ever reel you choose to get make sure that you clean and oil them a couple times each year.
