Heading up to Geneva-on-the-Lake this upcoming weekend and was wondering if anyone fished these waters recently. If so, Please let me know how you did, where the fish were, what you used, etc.

Thanks!

Took a charter out of Ashtabula on Thursday and Friday last week. Ran 23 miles northeast of Ashtabula, ending up due north of Conneat. Caught 40 fish on Friday, and many hogs. Fish were 50 ft. deep, and biting good on almost anything....spoons, crawler harnesses and crankbaits. I'm glad the limit is going to six next year, because we felt somewhat bad keeping 40 fish among four guys, particularly so many big fish.

fished out of Ashtabula Sun. Aug 13 in my 19ftSea Raider(set the hook). Went out 12 mi and trooled North. Netted limit 10 walleys and two steelies. Only kept the twoo steelies because they floated and wouldn"t go down.Hooked 5 sreelies and let go. Used only diptys at 3setting and 230 on line counter.GPS was giving me trouble(module not responding) but manage to stay in area of fish.
