Just got back from the Expo. It's not huge, but it was worth the drive in my opinion. There are a lot of amazing boats from Tuffy, Skeeter, Ranger, Lund, Alumacraft and a new mfg - Patriot - out of Canada. Also some great deals on cranks and tackle.
The very best thing was getting to meet a number of the folks from the WC board including Juls and No-fish. The seminars over the next two days will provide a ton of info.
I hope the show continues to grow and expand. I'll be back next year for sure!!

Hey Steve, it was nice talking to you too! I think it is great how this site kind of connects us all.
Just let me know when you get some free time this Spring, to learn how to handline, and I will make sure I get some time off to show you. I think you will enjoy it as much as I do..;-)

It's the Wisconsin Walleye Expo at the State Fair Park grounds in West Allis. It's located at the intersection of 84th street and Greenfield Ave. It goes until 7pm tonight and then 10am until 5pm on tomorrow. Stop by the Walleye Central booth if you get a chance to come ....and say hello!
Well, I gotta get back there. Just came home to let the dog out! ;-)

p.s. Met Bob (sorry can't spell or pronounce his last name..lol) the creator of the Bracket Pro. He showed me the gadget and it looks like a fine preventative tool for any fisherman who cares about his toys. Good job Bob! Best of luck to you!

Hey Juls,
Thanks for the help Sunday! Bob from Bracket Pro and Glen and Woody (Terry) from Thermoil, thanks to all of you for stopping in and assisting in thwe booth, it was much appreciated!
Thanks to all of you who stopped in and chatted a while too. It was nice to put a few faces to a few names and to talk with those of you who check the boards every day. I was surprised just how many of you told me you check the boards every day but do not post. Thank you for coming, just the same.
The Northwoods breading was one of the hottest sellers at the entire show! Thank you all for kicking off the sale of this fine product. Especially since you were not able to sample it. But with health codes and such, we were not able to fry some up for ya....
We will also be at the Canterberry Park (sp) Midwest Walleye Expo. Stop in and say Hi!
Thanks and have fun...........R
