Help Mich UP Fishing

It's come down to crunch time. The wife and I will be heading to the west part of UP Michigan next Sat(9/16). Will stay at Lake Gogebic StPk because it is central to this vast area. Would like any information/reports/links to this lake, Black River Harbor (are the kings to the falls? rainbow falls of course) steelies in the east branch of the Ontonagon, and what flavor do the eye's prefer this time of year? A lot of questions, but this is by far the best place for information because of the people that participate in this forum!

(PS) the second week we will be heading to the Little Bay De Noc Area)
