Does anyone know where to buy this tool?What is the physical difference in the 15lb. or the 30lb.Price?

The bass pro saltwater catalog has them. The smaller model weighs in 1/4 # increments, the larger one weighs in 1 # increments. Too rich for my income though, around a hundred bucks if I remember right.
