Can anyone tell me what happened to Pin Point's web page? It used to be pinpointfishing.com but I've been unable to get there. They were also suppose to come out with GPS last fall. What's going on with Pin Point?
Try motorguide.com I think you will find it there since they were bought out by motorguide or the parent company

have emailed Motorguide about 6 times with same question for 3 months, never got an answere--i am wondering about the wisdom of "upgrading" my electronics with a new Pinpoint on the trolling motor this year--if customer service is going to be that way, i am going to go with another company!

All you have to do to contact Pinpoint customer service is dial 1-800-474-7550. Both companies are owned by the same parent organization, but are in entirely different locations. You will also find that Pinpoint's customer service is second to none. Why trust email when you can talk to them direct.
