Blue Boy we fished it on Sun. morn. and trolled the shallow rocks and gravel. Boated 4 northern 3 to 6 #'s and when we ran into a school of small mouth we had 4 on 5 lines (2 adults 3 kids) what a mess LOL. We caught no walleyes but then decided to pound down to 3 mile and we bobber fished in 3 to 4 ft's at about 7' deep and picked up large perch and some eaters. Bring lots of bait for the perch were stealers and using a green jig head seemed to be the trick. Let us know how you do and I hope this helps.
