All right, that's it, I can't stand it anymore!! I've heard too much about the Huron area Autumn fishing and I've got to try it out. It's a bit of a run from where the big boat is docked in the Portage River, but I could trailer the little boat there. Can anyone provide ramp/access info for the Erie/Huron area? I'll probably be driving out Rt. 2 from Port Clinton.
RT 2 EAST WHERE 2 SPLITS AT HURON EXIT RAMP TO RIGHT
GO INTO TOWN WHEN YOU SEE ICECREAM STAND ON RIGHT RAMPIS NEXT
DRIVE ON RIGHT.
I'LL BE THERE THIS WEEKEND
LAST YEAR MY BEST TRIP WAS MID NOVEMBER.

One more thing..as your coming east on BUMPY Rt. 2 -don't get off at the first Huron exit(Rye Beach Rd.) go to the next one. Go just passed the BP Station,the ramp is just to the right before the Bridge.The ramp is under the bridge..$5.00 See ya there Dress warm it is suppose to get to 28* Sat.morning...Yee Yaa!!!!
