Just lookin to head out this weekend and I could use some good news from any area. Thanks
Poinsett is Ok, Waubay is spotty, Thompson is spotty, Enemy swim is fair, Big stone is fair to good, and I've heard a few fish coming from Dry lake, mostly well after dark. I've also heard a few rumors of limits from Kampeska, but not from very reliable sources. I'm heading to poinsett after work tonite, and should be able to get a report to you after I get back tonite. Right now I'd say Poinsett, Enemy Swim, or Big Stone are your best bets.
I'll post when I get back tonite.

Where you from EYEZ? It sounds like we have interest in alot of the same lakes.

Went north of the old northeast boat ramp at Thompson tonight in the waders. Only caught small fish. Will try it in the waders at Poinset tomorrow night at Methodist Camp.
I live just west of watertown on 212. I'd bet we fish alot of the same lakes, maybe even ran into each other before.
Didn't make it to Poinsett last nite, went to Dry instead. The fish haven't picked up again yet there after the cold. I fished there for about 1 1/2 hours, nothing, but the night bite should pick up there by weekend. Went to Kampeska afterwards, fished there from about 8:30 to 9:15, at the inlet. Nothing doing there either, but the fish might be biting during the day there, the water's a little dirty from the wind. Also might want to try the south end. I'm going to try to get to Poinsett friday night, and I'll probably be there saturday, maybe waubay, depending on the wind.
