Berkley Model One rods

Has anyone tried these for jigging? They seem like nice rods at a decent price.

I have 3 Series One rods and like them very well. As you stated they are reasonably priced and I think a very good value. Fred

Series One rods are a excellent choice and they have improved this yr. They are lighter and have new eyes, excellent choice.

Thanks for your opinions. I went to a local tackle shop and ordered 4 of them recently. Two 6'6" spinning for lighter jigging and 2 6' baitcasting for heavier jigging. I had some more expensive rods in mind when I went shopping but these new 2001 Model Ones just seemed like outstanding rods. Your opinions tell me that I made a sound choice and I know I am going to be pleased with them. Thanks again for taking the time to offer your input! Good luck this spring!
