We fished LBDN last Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Fishing was good, particularly Thursday and Friday. We concentrated on Center Reef. Thursday we caught most of our fish around the southern edge in 10-15 feet on white Storm DJ's and clown Rogues. Friday night the fish were more scattered and prefered the black/silver Rogue and white DJ. Saturday night was a bit slower and the fish were smaller. Best baits were the blue/silver (not chrome) Rip Stick, various 'Lil Rippers and the black/silver Rogue. Lots of boats on top of the reef. You will catch some fish there, but it pays to work the reef edges too. If you find a school of the right fish like we did Thursday, you can go back and forth pulling 6-8 pounders all night.

Water temp last weekend was in low 40's in north end, mid 40's in narrows. Should be cooler this weekend.
