So, here I am
Cold as heck and getting that itch......
I need to fish.
But as we all know everything in the midwest is frozen solid.
after preaching all my life about not wanting to ice fish guess what I want to do.....
Ok, so I figure it will suck going out with all my normal gear. and besides if I cant drill a hole in the ice it may be a little boring.
The 3 most spendy items seem to be a vexlar, ice shack and auger.
Vexlar is out of the question this year, but I was thinking. mabey a used ice shack or auger. So then I think to myself I will look in the paper. well There is not much in there right now. been looking for 2 weeks when I remember there I visit this website quite often... so me being the big dummy I am came here to see if anyone has some ice fishing gear they are trying to find a home for. I promise I will love it and hold it and call it george :)
or I might even be willing to pay for it.
another option would be to build a shack, but again I dont really know where to look. so if anyone has an idea where I could get some ideas on ice shack design, please let me know.
