Reef Runner Cranks

Making a list for Santa. I plan on using Dipsy's and reef Runner cranks and have a couple of questions. Which colors were most productive this year? I think the deep divers would not work with Dipsy's due to running too deep, so what size/model would be most effective? I am using size 0 dipsy's. Thanks in advance for the info. Also, any experiences as far as how much tuning has to be done or are they generally good out of the box?

use ripsticks, and little rippers with the dipsy. most run fair, but to get the full action desired and the best use of the lure fine tune each and every one, regardless of brand, it helps. the reefrunner(thats the deep runner) will not the dipsey work like it is supposed to, so dont even attempt it. it is too much drag as it is trying to go deep, it will flip the dipsy over. the most popular colors are , erie descent, rainbow, chrome/blue,firetiger,fried chicken, cheap sunglasses,perch,flame, plum shad,fruit loops, bubblegum, and orange juice.( take the bread and mustard along , if the fish aint hitting you may have plenty to eat with those names, lol) i am sure that there are many other good colors, but those are the ones that i have sold the most of this year, so that is the fishermans choice. good luck and good fishin.
