someone just tell me where to go (bay,reservoirs,lake,etc.), to catch fish and how and when? any type of fish will do!!!!

For panfish head to Mogadore lake. Try off Congress lake Road. I have been going there for the last few weeks. The first trip me and a buddy got 25 keeper bluegills, and the nexzt two trip I got 15 keepers bluegills, and one jumbo perch. I think that the average keeper bluegill is bigger in this lake. Sure you get you share of little ones, but the keepers are in there!!!
