I need some opinions on the three brands of splashboards that I know are available: Wave Wackers, Whitecap Manuf., and Walleye Master Splashboards. I have no experience with any of these products, and would greatly appreciate any feedback you can share. Thanks in advance.

Batch, I have a set of Wave Wackers on my Lund and I really like them. They are three years old and are still working fine. I can not say wether they are better or worse than the other brands, as I have had little experience with them. One think I have noticed about my Wave Whackers is that there are little bolts that screw through the plastic into a metal slot that holds the gaurd in place, and in rough waters, they will losen up and fall out. Maybe someone who uses the other brands has more info on how they mount their gaurds. Good Luck!

I have wavewacker splash guards on my boat. I've been using their product for about 12 years and have experienced no problems. When I pur a kicker on boat I needed to modify the setup and they were very helpful and solved my problem. They have trusted me by sending product to me before paying and have sent a couple of screws at no cost. Great Service along with a great product. I also feel IMHO that their splashguards look better than others that you mentioned.

Wave Wackers gets my vote. Have owned them on 2 different boats. Lost oneside by my OWN fault called them up and explained my problem they had no problem sending me another wave wacker to replace the lost one and then billing me latter. Great Service.

Hey Guy's I have a pair of smoked WhiteCaps. Got them for $80 on close out. Try that with "name brands" I was in such a hurry to go fishing I threw the directions away and mounted them up-side down. Had them like that for a couple months and my buddy said hey IDIOT they're upside down! I looked at everyone elses and said they sure are. :-)
I switched them around and they still work! LOL
Now they're reversable!hehe
Saved over half the $$ off Wave Wacks and they work great.
p.s. keep an eye on the wing nuts, I already lost one.

Good Luck,

Ferny.
