Went out to the port and beth,s discharge today, fished from 830 till 12:45, lost 5 fish, and boated 4, 3 cohos and 1 brown. Once again i got em all trolling spoons, specifically the little cleo 5/8ths and 3/4 oz silver spoon. Didnt try any other lures, didnt really have time to experiment. For only 4 hours or so of fishing, wasnt too bad. Winds were 10 to 15 out of the SE then more towards southwesterly. 2 other boats in the port with me, and seen 2 boats at the mouth upon returning. Only seen one boat hang a coho, and that was when i was leaving... numerous anglers on the rocks and wall of the port, no report on that, didnt see any lifted out. Still sporadic on the hits but its still early. Tight lines, Andy

Good report Andy! Thanks for the info. I plan to go out tomorrow AM for 2-3 hours and I might just fish the mouth of the ditch. Have to see. Went to Flint today and caught a bunch of runt perch. Didn't have enough time to hit the big lake. Keep up the good info!

heard "whitie" did well in the mouth along the north wall on the inside....he has a 16 lowe....fishes for perch most of the yr...hope to go out in my small boat and fish mouth wed am....steve
