YOUR A BIT EARLY. WHEN THE WATER JUST STARTS TO WARM THE STEELIES START TO GO UP THE RIVERS. BEST BET IS SUNNY DAYS WITH CLEAR WATER.(ATLEAST THATS WHEN IVE DONE BEST) TROLL SLOWLY FROM THE MOUTH TO THE RAMP. REEF RUNNERS THAT LOOK LIKE MINNOWS WORK WELL. MAY YOUR DRAG SING EYE PROBLEM

THEY ARE SLAMMIN STEALIES IN THE CHAGRIN -RIGHT NOW-
TRY THE POWER PLANT AT THE MOUTH WITH SPAWN SACKS.

Chagrin is loaded with steelies. Right now it's high and muddy. You are better off at CEI at the end of Erie Rd. in Eastlake. The water is getting better by the day. Power bait and eggs if it's still a little dirty. If it's clean try minnows.
