Now that migratory waterfowl season is over, these two can be fished again. Do these reservoirs ever freeze up? I know that NeeNoshi is a shallow lake and warms up pretty fast. How soon is too soon to fish here? They've got huge slabs for Crappie and monster Wiper too. Yes, there are plenty of Saugeye too. I'm itchin to head out that way. Any others?

The late snow goose season is going on into March. I know there are special regulations on getting on Nee Noshe but not sure exactly what they are. I think that Nee Noshe is closed to all use but I don't know for how long. Try to get the number to the Queens goose check station and they can give you exact information.

I was out at Nee Noshe this week end. All off the Queens lakes including Nee Gronde have frozen water at least 200 yards out. The snow goose season lasts till march 31st yet as bill stated I would call ahead to see if you can get on any of the lakes before then.

I know NeeNoshi is closed till the end of March and I believe that NeeGronde is closed also. I know John Martin is closed until 03-01-01. Don't get your expectations up yet. I can't wait either.
