I'm planning on going to Chamberlain the last week of March. Am I nuts? Should I wait until later on in April? Got a couple of spots south of the bridges for me?
Man I'm sick of winter!!

you might want to bring ice fishing gear.. i remember last year i got my boat on march 6 and i was out fishing in a flannel shirt and jeans. what a difference a year makes. usually the end of march is pretty good fishing but who knows about this year. the weather channel shows a warm up in chamberlain and if they are running water there should be places to fish around ft. thompson. so, i guess it just depends on the weather. i store my boat at my father in laws farm and i'm worried about getting the door of the shed open let alone the river being open. let's hope for warm weather in Chamberlain!!
