For all who are interested the piers are in at Fox Point boat ramp in De Pere. Water level is still low with minimal flow but the bite has been good. Remember now that the piers are in you need to pay the launch fee or possibly get ticketed for $50.00 :-(. If you fish there alot buy a yearly for $30.00 at the city hall on S. Broadway. By the way those funds are segregated funds, used for boat ramp improvements in Brown county. Also take care of those smaller fish The DNR has been active and citing people for violations. 1 over 28" is the rule until the opener in May.
