I've ordered a Pinpoint system for my boat, 3700-60 motor, 7520 for the console and 7420 for the bow. Each year I do some downrigger fishing for Lakers in 200'+ of fresh water. Should I be looking at picking up an 8 degree transducer or will the standard 20 degree that it comes with be adequate for these depths. The lake is over 400 feet deep in places.
Thanks

The standard 20* cone should be sufficient for 200 foot depths. My only concern is: I hope you have electric riggers, because I know my arms arent sufficient enough to crank a ball up from that depth more than once or twice..LOL

You can get both and mount them with a spliting cable then select which transducer you want right from the unit...
