For those of you pounding on the MWC officials, I for one think it was the right decision. I talked to some people that live in the area and they say this could be the worst ever if we get even an 1" ,more rain in the weeks ahead. Safety should be the #1 priority and making it a good experience should also be thought about. To move the championship somewhere at this stage would be a bad move, nothing would be ready.

LEVELS WILL REMAIN VERY HIGH FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.
THE MINNESOTA RIVER AT JORDAN IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE
FLOOD STAGE FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
AT ST. PAUL IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE FLOOD STAGE FOR THE
NEXT 3 TO 4 WEEKS. RIVER LEVELS THIS HIGH WILL PLACE ADDED
STRESS ON DIKES, ESPECIALLY THOSE ALONG LOWER STRETCH OF THE
MINNESOTA RIVER FROM HENDERSON TO THE TWIN CITIES..AND THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER FROM ST. PAUL TO RED WING..AND THE ST. CROIX
RIVER FROM STILLWATER TO PRESCOTT.
PERSONS ALONG THE MINNESOTA..MISSISSIPPI..AND ST. CROIX RIVERS
SHOULD CONTINUE MONITORING DIKE CONDITIONS AND BE PREPARED TO
TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD A PROBLEM ARISE.

so lay off the MWC they are there to keep us safe and if KAZ was there he always preached the same.
