What's happening at the Dells Dam?

Is the high water condition negatively affecting the fish bite on the river at the dam? The eyes' in past years have been somewhat disappointing due to an abundance of undersize fish. Anyone had any luck there?

Hawg Tracker, It's been slow at the Dells dam the last two weeks. Excessively high water making a tough bite. Some fish coming from a limited area in the bay but a lot have been taken out. The overall area has been tough. The water has dropped three feet the last two days and the fish haven't settled in a pattern yet.
