I tried and tried and couldn't find the right connector (probably costs $1 to make) so I finally had to give up and buy the Bottomline one. The good news is that it works fine.
Did the gm100,use the bottomline for its power? THANKS JIM

Mine is a Garmin GPS45, and yes, it uses the Bottomline for its power. Actually that was one of the main reasons I wanted to plug it in to the Bottomline-- most of the time I use the plotter on the Garmin, but power it from the BL, so I can still use all three display panels on the BL for main graph, sidefinder, and either numbers or bottom track.

Can the Bottomline and the Lowrance share 1 Lowrance receiver? Could I use GPS functions on both units? Thank You, Stephen
HI STEVEN, Thats a good question I would think you can, hope someone will answer. JIM

I don't know for sure how your model of Lowrance works, but with my setup, the Garmin doesn't even know the Bottomline is there. The Bottomline just supplies power and reads the position data from the Garmin, and I can save waypoints on either or both systems.
