Erie - Michigan waters

Fished out of Bolles Saturday and took a four man limit before noon. Mostly small fish, but several in the 4-5 lb class. Also released many right around the 12-13" range. Hot set-up was 17-18 FOW straight out, and Tots back only 40 feet (we weren't marking ANY fish up that high though). All colors took fish.

What do you mean by 17-18 FOW straight out?

I believe he means 17-18 Feet Of Water, straight out from Bolles Harbor. They are whacking them pretty good down there. Sounds like the MWT tournament scheduled for there next weekend will have plenty of limits! Good Luck everyone, I won't be able to join you for this one! Tight Lines and Big Fish

Sorry Frank, that's exactly what I meant. Straight out of the harbor, past the bouys till you hit 18 feet. There was a big pack there Saturday. Also lots of white bass right now, we find using cranks over harnesses reduces the number of those.
