The tournament was a fun one. Of course fishing is always fun. My dad and I tied for first place in the father son challenge with 28 Lbs and took about 19th overall. Fishing is still a little tough. We had to run from spot to spot all day. We found one school that seemed to be pretty good size but no kickers. This weekend should be a nice one to fish. I will try and email you later.

My brother and I caught many fish. If I had to guess, we probably landed approx 50 fish in two days. But no hogs! Lots of 19-20" fish. We did not place but had a blast! Met goosedawgs while we were there. Great people, and I hope to see them again. We will get them next year!

PS: What was the winning weight?

38.25 lbs. Took it, They had like 24 lbs the first day & 14 on day two. It really got flat & hot there both days, needed the sun screen fer sure.

Howdy. Were most of the folks fishing the north end of the lake with jigs tipped with a minnow? Kind of curious as to whether the south end of the lake is starting to turn on.
