Walleye one battery

I would like to get a phone number, address, or e-mail address for the manufacture of the walleye one battery,as I have one that has failed and is less than a year old. the battery has the warranty info. listed on it but no phone number etc.

I believe that is the battery made by Crown Battery in Fremont,Oh. It would be an 800 or 1000 series. The phone # is 334-7181 >>>1445 Majestic Dr. If it's not theres then I don't know. It would be black & gold in color I believe
