I am heading to Pokegama lake near Grand Rapids MN, next week, was wondering if anyone out there has fished this lake recently? I have heard that night trolling for walleyes works the best. Could anyone recommend the best lures and depths to try this. Thanks in advance & Good Fishing!!!!
Heard the "keg" is slow right now. Most guys hitting Leech during the day, and Sugar and night for the trophies (tho didn't here of any landed)...T
Head to Winnie. The bite is hot right now. Any main lake humps on the edges in 16-20" and your on fish. Just got in 1/2 hour ago and did well this evening. It's only a 40 minutes away from the keg and worth the drive.
