It'll be tough getting much information for that time of year because of the PWT tourney.
I'm not much of an authority on Lake Sharpe, but I do know the water is clear with a lot of current by the dam and the whole lake fishes like a river. The farther down the darker the water, current slows, etc.
The hot spots change all the time and the bite can be highly dependent on water releases. Lake Sharpe is a good fishery and you'll do well I'm sure. Tony Dean's website usually has reports and some are archived. You can also dial 800/445-3474 for the current SD Missouri River Fishing Report which I thinks starts next week.
Good luck and be careful of sandbars, obstacles, etc.
