Digger Anchors

I saw these at a local boat dealer. If anyone has tried these anchors please comment, good or bad. Thanks in advance.

i have one on a 1675 lund---on the mississippi it takes 5 times the depth to stay put, sometimes more in current when i want to "park" and fish. i do like the nohangup mechanism, but when i throw anchor, i want to know where im gonna end up with some accuracy and predictibility. am going to pick up a Richtor at the walleye expo, a 25 lber---throw it and stay put!

They only work on soft botom situations like sand or mudd. If you buy one, plan on buying a heavy anchor for when you are on rocky bottoms. They do work especially well in the mudd.
