Getting some nice eyes (2-3#) up at stop 26 beach, and infront of the windsor yacht club. Caught a real nice 6.5#, to round out the evening. And I thought all the big girls were back in the lakes!

Hunter, just wondered if you guys have been doing any good on the eyes in U.S. water. We'll be fishing in a tournament this weekend and trying to figure out where the fish are. Haven't been out since last Wed. we fished near the st. clair light and got some nice fish trolling harnesses with bottom bouncers. Any leads will be appreciated! Thanks, Al ><> ><> ><>

Was my first time out in a couple weeks. Just lucked into them. The head of Peche produced a couple 2-3# fish, and they were in 7-10' of water on a rocky reef. Fed them berkley powercraws, carolina rigged. Was bass fishing until we started banging eyes. Switched to jigs with powercraws and powerworms and tore them up. I just got offered to fish a tourney on the u.s. side this weekend. I choke in those, so im going to get my deer stands trimmed out this weekend. Good luck.

Thanks for the info Hunter..... went up last weekend and worked on our stands and shooting lanes. Looks like a pretty good deer herd this year, (Harbor Beach area). Had good weather, friends and walleye fry to top off the weekend. Again, thanks for the info and I'll let you know if we get into some fish. TIGHT LINES AL><> ><> ><>
