Sluggo and myself were accepted on the amateur side for the PWT out of Dunkirk on Lake Erie! Was a little suprised about myself being selected but was in major shock on the other pick. You gotta understand this is the guy that lives on liverwurst and onion sandwiches and sets his dipsie divers out 600'

Anyhow just curious if anyone else here will be fishing this one. We will be running our boats out and fishing for several days before the tournament, would be nice to meet up with some of the WC crew. GIVE US A SHOUT!

Hi John..The tourney dates are Aug.8-10. Prefishing is the 6th and 7th. I plan on being out there from the prior Sat. till the following Sunday. As for Gilligan..don't know/don't care..I'm mad at him! He was picking on me just because I run my dipsey divers 600' back. What's wrong with that? Good Fishing, Sluggo

Actually I think prefishing starts the Friday before tournament 8-3 and runs for 5 days.

Only way to have a chance of keeping up with Sluggo is to get him first... by the way did I tell about the huge eye he knocked off Bobs line with the net?

I'm really excited for you and Chris, I can't wait, even if it's you guys fishing and not me. Maybe I can get up the week before to fish a little, I'll keep in touch. I may try to make it to weigh ins on the last day as well to cheer as one of you guys accepts your new boat.

I will be going, just made res. @ best western if you e-mail I tell you the rate info., if you need it. think it's too early to start packing! Gillian I figure tavel time from Endicott to be about 4 1/2 hr. is this close (I live in town of Maine).

I beleive its about 240 miles from Endicott and 4.5 hrs sounds about right, Sluggo will give you exact if he catches this message. I come from 1 hour south of Olean NY.

Sluggo will be at Theatre Motel in Westfield, not sure whether I'll be there or in camper. We will be doing most of our pretournament pleasure fishing out of Barcelona.. about 15-20 miles west of Dunkirk.
