On the western point of Rileys bay there is a launch in a little channel its a bit tricky but I put my 20 foot lund in there last weekend and its right off larsens reef. It was pretty tough but I hear the big fish are biting off monumental shoal right now. Good luck

Not real sure on the Clayton area but I've caught them further upstream near Chippewa Bay around Indian Cheif Island and Chippewa Pt.
Your best walleye bite will be out on the mouth of Lake Ontario from Cape Vincent around Grenadier Island.
