RCL qualifier

Does anyone know if the Idaho Walleye Unlimited tournament in May (26-27) at Salmon Falls Creek Resevoir is an RCL qualifier. Heard that it was but can't find any one who knows for sure. Club leadership heard the same thing, but can't confirm. Help?

The RCL has not released the qualifying tourneys for 2001 yet, and the qualifying process for the championship may be quite different from last year!
