I had a noisy lifter in my 91 Caravan, and autostore guy said he had good luck with it. The lifter still makes noise, maybe not as much but it didn't go away. I wouldn't go pouring the stuff in a vehicle less than 5 or 6 years old.

There are some instructions on the can on how to use it for some deep down cleaning. Start the car and disconnect one of the vacuum tubes. Dump a bunch it until the motor kills. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, dump the rest of the can in the tank, and start your car. Mine pumped out some serious smoke for about 10 minutes while driving around. Now I just add it to the gas tanks of all my engines on a regular basis

Yep, this is one product that lives up to it's claims.
