Beaver Creek-Lorain, Ohio

Am interested to know experiences of fisherman/boaters that frequent Beaver Creek between Vermilion and Lorain. How is the water depth in the channel to the lake? Hazards? Good or bad regarding the marinas?

The biggest problem with beaver creek is the height of the bridge, but that is only a concern if you are south of the road. i know of no problems with the river depth. i hope this helps. good luck and good fishin.

Thanks Den. I was thinking about the south side. I have a 22.5 Bayliner, If I keep my antenna down should I still worry? I'm not in a runabout, nor do I have a flybridge, kind of inbetween, I guess.

Yoy should be able to make it without any problem, but i would call the marina and ask what the average clearence is. with the lake being down it should be ok. good luck and good fishin.
