Lake Erie ramps?

Just wondering if any of the ramps were open enough to get a trailerd boat in the water between Catawba and Vermillon.

The only place on Cat. you can shore launch a small boat is from pebble beach which is at the tip of Cat. on Rt. 53. The south wind today moved all the ice out. The Cat. ramp is iced in.
