We left a few Tom, gang! Me and Bob,(eyechaser) and his dad and friend had a good day. Had to work for them though. Water was really clear for all the snow that melted. Bout like eyechaser said, he thinks they've seen too much green. Chart. wasnt doing so hot. There at the end we were throwing Hot Pink tipped with minnows. Worked. I released 3 eyes, the biggest may have went 3lbs or so. And brought my limit of Sauger home to the knife! :-) Eyechaser and his gang got several. But, eyechaser caught the biggest. hehe I'd start in front of Silkies tommorow Tom in about 10' or less next to the docks. Had a pretty good bite there. Thats where we left off. I was there at daylight, and didnt have a fish in the basket till 9 or so. Zip, near the dam. Tried over at the lock Zip. Anyone putting in at 13th st. should have 4wd. Pretty muddy. It was nice meeting you Bob (eyechaser). Hope to run into you again. Later Russell ;-)

Russell, good going i did mention that most of the bigger eyes were in that shallow stuff didn,t i, did you guys try the tip of the island? its going to be a good say i can feel it, you said eyechaser got a few any size? also real glad to hear you guys put a few back it never hurts much unless of corse its a wall hanger, headin there in the AM gonna meet JB at 6.30 or 7 am at the launch, did you try any blades? they turned on to them last saturday and banged them good, i,ll let you know what happens tomorrow night, talk to ya later.
