Is anyone around the river to let me know if it is to high to fish? Was there week and a half ago and got skunked but it was really low. Is anyone catching any eyes?

Just where on the Potomac are you talking about? Well,it really doesn't matter because the whole system is nothing but rocks and a little water. There hasn't been any rain or snow to bring the water up or to get the eyes moving. You can catch a few from shoreline areas - or from a boat, if you know the water- but be prepared for lots of rocks.
