View Full Version : Hannibal Dam&Pike Island Dam
Was at both today, left boat at home. No one fishing Hannibal. Wonder why?:-)Lost 2 or 3 jigs there. Maybe it was too cold. ha Fished Pike Island for 3-4 hours. 4-5 other guys fishing here. Didnt see a fish cot.:-( All I managed to do was make a 6'10" rod out of a 7 footer!:-( And my fingers ended up the same color as the jig I was throwing. HOT PINK!:7 All in all though, beat watching the boob tube.:-)

HEY RUSSELL where do put a boat in at leetsdale ?[I want to catch a big one before TOM cleans them out lol] you and tom have put me on to some great fun at hpd sure helped kill the winter blues ,thanks jim

what time was you up at Pike?
DTF, I was there from around 1-4. I started along the shore first. Went down as far as the wing dam hole. Zip! Then farted around the pier for an hour or so. Some guys from Canton were there. Know I about froze my fingers off. You do any good? I was driving a black dodge dually. Bountyhunter, Im not familiar with Leetzdale. Just that Tom says thats where the bite is right now. He says there is a ramp close, but you better get with him on the direction. Wonder how the Heathen is healing up?:-) Better get with it cause springs just around the corner.:7 Cya on the water!

wasn't down there sunday just curious the time frame was since you said no fish we're caught by anyone
