Plotter problems GlobalMap 1600

Problem I have with Plotter on Global Map 1600.
It will plot out my trail to the fishing spot,however once I stop and use the electric to fish the area the arrow indicator just flashes on the screen and doesn't plot my trail at slow
or drifting speed. Once I take off using big motor she starts
plotting again. I have gone into the menu and adjusted the update trail by time and have gone from 3 seconds to 1 second with same results. Just can't figure this one out. Been thinking that
it has to either be the antenna or in the unit itself. What does
anyone else think?

When you loaded your Mapcreates , did you use all the memory.
1 Meg per partition. That means is there enough memory for waypoints.

Update trail by Time, and flash trail is on or off. other trails off and current trail on. Do an exit to save settings.
I like north up also. page 21, at the bottom.
