Fished on the outer breakwall of Lorain harbor last Sunday.Four of us got about forty, but we got there later in the day. There were two guys on the wall that limited in the morning. We did better from the wall than on the boat because the perch would only hit a minnow laying still on the bottom. If the minnow moved at all they wouldn't touch it.Size was not too hot either.

Fished off of the Marblehead Lighthouse today,(Sat.) afternoon. Got around 20 perch. Same thing as the post above, perch wouldn't touch it if it wasn't lying on the bottom. Grade was great- 10 lbs. in 20 fish. The biggest was 13". Very slow action.
We stopped a Szuch's bait shop on the way home, There were several walleye limits from the Harbor light in Toledo. Jigging with hair jigs, best color was blue/purple combo.
Fish On!
