hey waders and near-shore drifters, the new moon is on or about the 12th of this month. try wading within a three or four day period on both sides of this. it will be even better if there is a light rain and some wind from the west. at this time, they can be caught right up against the shoreline after dark. we listen for them thrashing about in a foot of water or so.
by the way, does anyone know what the natural reproduction rate for walleyes is at pymy? i have heard from 40% on down.
