I was up last weekend and did good with jigs and minnows around the reefs. I am heading back up this weekend, but from everything I have seen, trolling has been the method of choice. Is anybody still jigging around the reefs, and if so, how are you doing?
Thanks Ryan

I understand they are still getting the smaller fish off the reefs. The larger fish are being taken by trolling the deeper water. I plan on going this weekend also, however the marine forecast is indicating 4-6 foot waves. Not good......dirty water??

Ryan,
The charters out of Wild Wings & Turtle Creek are still bringing in limits of mostly jacks with a few big fish each day jigging or blading on the reefs. It's mostly an early morning or late afternoon bite. 10AM to 3PM has been pretty slow.
Good Luck,
Steve
