From what I understand most of the fish now in these lakes are all but down spawning. For me anyway, this is typically the worst time of the year to catch them.. Big open water ..Where to begin? Not looking for spots but suggestions on patterns, crankbaits down deep or up high?? Most of the water I fish averages between 10-40 feet. Any help would be much appreciated. Thxs
