Hey Gilligan, where are you?Really warfrat this guy has the scoop on this lake.I had some family issues, and missed the tourny a few week's ago.I heard it was tuff, and skunked was almost the order of the day.I'd say the water is still cool, say somewhere in the 50's for the temp.I'd go to The Bait Pond. This guy helped alot with report's on current spot's.Randy was his name.I called them a few time's before I went there last fall.He gave me some good info. The store has good bait, chub's,my favorite.I know they are on RT. 394,south of Stow. The store is on your right, going south. He has a nice sized lot,for turning around with a trailer,no problem. This,by the way is an un solicited ad,honest. They are just the type of people I look for, when I travel mile's to a lake and need info. The type of people we as a consumer need to go to.I can't find their phone#,but I'd say look them up.

Not been on the water since the 5th. Temps then were 50/53. Waiting on new boat so probably won't be there till Memorial Day.

The temp hasn't changed much from opening weekend. Its been cold and rainy for the last couple of weeks, in fact yesterday it even snowed here for awhile. Where the heck is SPRING??

I'm doing my Spring dance,as we speak,and it's never known to fail.I must confess,I was at a central PA. lake in March,and did my "rain dance",and I think it worked.Time to re-call.My Dad's Grandma,and Mom,were Osage Indian(of course I've got blonde hair,blue eye's),they passed this on.Go ahead,say it with me,it's their fault.LOL.
