What is the Mille Lacs Slot this year?

I am confused on the lake Mille Lacs web sit they say 14-18 inches but I thought I heard 14-16 inches. What is right. And can you keep 1 tropy fish like last year over 27 inches.

14"-16" with one over 28" for a total limit of four fish. About one fish in eight will be a keeper with in the slot limit, most fish will average about 22"-23" in length. You will have lots of fun, but bring the steaks!
