Hey fisherman and Charter Boat Capts

I just wanted to let you know that our new marina building is being constructed as we speek. It started in October as you well know if you were at the Boat Basin. It is slated to be completed on April 15, 2001. You can watch the day by day construction on our web site at www.huronparks.org.

It will conssit of rest rooms, showers and a lounge area to service all of the boaters and park users. It will be a great asset to the charter captains and their clientel.

In regards to fish cleaning and boat ramp.....

We are working on the project as we speek. I can not give you the exact location at this time but we plan on applying for a grant from ODNR Watercraft in April. The grant would be requesting funding for a ramp, rest rooms, fish cleaning and other support facilities......We would hope to have something open in 2002.
