Does anyone have a suggestion for a resort on Kab that is family-friendly. While I'm chasing 'eyes it would be nice for the wife and kiddies to have something to do. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Look up Watsons Harmony Beach resort. I am going there for a third weekend of snowmobiling in three years. Beautiful accomidations. Tim and Char are top noch hosts. It would appear that they put every dime they make into the resort.

you will not be disappointed.
I have fished this lake for several years and have stayed at many resorts. The best one we have stayed at and are returning to this year is Idlewild Resort. Jerry and Judy are great hosts and their resort is perfect for the family. Nice cabins and a heated swimming pool and hot tub and a play ground. They are located in the Peterson Bay area, which would put you in the middle of the lake. Their number is 1-888-483-4608 or email at idleresort@aol.com
I second the motion on Harmony Beach Resort. Top shelf operation.

Check out Moosehorn Resort. Look at their web-sight, what you see is what you get!!!! Alan and Miriam are very nice people. Their resort is geared for the family. Nice beach, water toys for big and small kids, a weekly pot luck, CLEAN cabins, space between the cabins for some privicy, the best or one of the best harbors on the lake, you get the idea. My wife and I have been returning there every year since 1992. GREAT PLACE!!!!! They even give free knee boarding and water ski lessons. If you have any more questions, I will try and get you an answer.
Wherever you end up I am sure you will have agreat time. It is a GREAT place to vacation. Have fun.

Thank you for the input! I took a look at the Kab web site and can't decide which one is best--too many options. I am still looking for input, so feel free to add your opinions.

I have stayed at Idlewild a few times and thought it was wonderful. If and when I go back it will be there. If you go there, make sure to get some of their shore lunch. Judy makes the greatest baked beans in the world, oh and the walleye is good too!!!

Give Alan at Moosehorn a call a phone call. 1-800-777-7968 This would give you a better chance to get to know the person. If you like what you see or hear great. If not give another resort the same chance.
I can't say enough positive things about this resort. Especially for the family. Great location, protected harbor, ect., ect., ect.!!!!!
P.S. tell him I said HI!
