Oahe, Bush'sLanding, Cheyene River

Fished out of Bush's on 6-27,28 caught 1- 17" 8' of water on the 27th. Caught 3 15" to 17 3/4 on the 28th in 4 to 6' of water 30 mile an hour winds. GF& P was there for a count said that is all anybody was doing. Went to the mouth of the Cheyene on the 29th we caught 10 in the same length range, all of the fish looked nice and healthy. Talk about hot weather 110. Went to Cheyene Ridge for supper on Sat night, Babe Winkelman was there he is filming a show on Lake Oahe.

Sounds like you had a pretty good time, concidering the heat and wind.

No I didn't he had a waiting line of people and he looked like he had been in the heat and wind too, so I didn't want to bother him. Yes we did have a good time it won't be very long and Oahe will be back, water temp on the south side of the river was 58 and the north with the wind blowing in was 72
